Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information based on published rules and my own experience living in Medellín. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or medical advice, and reading it doesn't create any professional relationship. Rules, prices, and conditions change. Confirm anything that matters with the relevant authority or a licensed professional before you act on it.
What I am and am not
I introduce visitors to independent Colombian businesses: property managers, drivers, clinics, and others. Those businesses provide their services under their own terms and are responsible for them. I am not a party to your contract with them, and I'm not a real estate agent, travel agency, or tour operator.
Referral fees
Some businesses pay me a fee when you book through my introduction or a link on this site. It does not change your price. Where a link is an affiliate link, I say so on the page.
Accuracy
I work hard to keep facts current and I cite sources. I still make mistakes. If you find one, tell me and I'll fix it. I'm not liable for losses arising from your reliance on the site.
Your use of the site
Don't scrape it, republish it as your own, or use the forms to send spam. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is welcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
